Dear Silent Hall of Fame Users:
You have come to this website, because you like silent films and silent movie stars. There are many places like this. But unlike other sites, here at Silent Hall of Fame you can make a real difference. You can help us show for the first time many films featuring your favorite silent stars that have not been seen in generations. This will bring their names back into the public discourse. But you can do much more than that: you can help your favorite silent stars receive belated recognition and glory.
Until now there has never been an organization with the purpose to place a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for movie personalities from a century ago. Silent Hall of Fame is this historic organization. Silent Hall of Fame is the only organization of its kind. We will make history and we invite you to become a part of history by sponsoring a silent movie star for the Hollywood Walk of Fame. All contributions are tax deductible.

"Is Money Everything?" is a drama, included in our program to illustrate the work and contributions of our star Martha Mansfield.
John (Norman Kerry) is a country man who, although happily married, carries a lingering dissatisfaction with his life. One day he finds a partner and becomes a businessman. Then a New York city woman (Martha Mansfield) visiting the countryside observes John rein a seemingly unruly gang of disgruntled workers and is instantly attracted to him.
The sweet taste of money takes him to the big city, where he becomes a successful trader and makes a fortune in the stock market. In spite of living in luxury, his wife (Miriam Cooper) becomes increasingly unhappy, believing that money has changed him for the worse. After getting introduced into high society John meets Martha Mansfield again. She is on assignment from her husband to extract John's trading secrets, but instead falls in love with him.
John's wife becomes desperate to save him from the depraving influence of money and to end his involvement with another woman.
Martha Mansfield plays an excellent role as the unhappily married temptress looking for love.
